Provide a respectful, engaging and challenging environment, where children are encouraged to explore the material, ask questions, and share ideas on their own and in groups.

Ensure that the children reflect on class activities by describing what happened and expressing feelings, which will help children to gain a greater understanding of self and others.

Mission Statement from the IB
The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment.
