Stages Of Baby Food
- Stage 1: Thinnest, almost watery purees with one ingredient
- Stage 2: Thicker, multi-ingredient mixtures
- Stage 3: Chunky, lumpy mixtures
Babies are introduced to finger foods after the 3 stages.
Stage 1 - 3 Foods
BlueBerry Puree

1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 mango, peeled and cubed
1/4 avocado, peeled and roughly chopped
Mango Puree
Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons water
Mashed Potatoes

Medium-sized potato
Sliced cheese
Water to soften potatoes
